Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Appex Technology Solutions LLC for use of Domi (the website, iPhone app, Chrome extension and desktop app). By creating an account or using Domi you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. Children may use Domi only as members of a household managed by their parent or guardian.
- You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
- The person who creates a household, and adults they invite, can see and change the household's information. Only invite people you trust.
Your content
You own what you put into Domi. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with. When you add guests to an event or share a gift list, you confirm you have a reasonable basis to contact those people.
Acceptable use
Don't use Domi to send spam or unwanted messages, harass anyone, break the law, infringe others' rights, or try to access other households' data or disrupt the service.
Screen Time features
Screen Time tools help parents set limits on devices they're responsible for. Only pair devices you own or manage with permission. Blocking depends on the device's operating system and can be limited or bypassed by device settings, other software or technical issues, so Domi isn't a substitute for supervision.
Gift lists and links to stores
Product names, prices and images come from the stores you link to and may be out of date. Purchases are made with those stores, not with us, and are subject to their terms.
Paid plans
Some features may require a paid plan ("Domi Plus"). Prices and what's included will be shown before you buy. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are billed and managed by Apple under its terms; other subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.
Changes and availability
We may update Domi, and occasionally these terms. We'll give notice of material changes. We work to keep the service available but can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Ending your use
You can stop using Domi and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Domi is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Appex Technology Solutions LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you haven't paid us). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
